1. Senior Business Analyst

Experience : 8+ Years

Job Description

  • Ability to contribute in multiple areas such as Business Analysis, Pre-sales support, Domain asset creation and Market analysis.
  • Ability to understand customer’s business and translate customer’s pain points into prioritize business requirements and establish acceptance criteria.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and elicitation in both traditional methodologies [waterfall, iterative] and agile methodologies, conducting workshops with business, creation of functional architecture and experience in defining and creating use cases, user stories and wire frames
  • Define and standardize requirements process for the organization and help induct trainee BA’s into the organization
  • Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders [Project managers, delivery managers, architects], extract and build domain knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify new opportunities in the market and help build organizational capabilities
  • Work with CEO/COO/Sales teams to constantly refine organizational service offerings based on market needs and trends
  • Good understanding of IT industry landscape.
  • Strong inclination towards P&L ownership and an entrepreneurial bent of mind will be an added advantage.

2. Project Manager

Experience : 8+ Years

Responsibilities 

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Measure project performance using tools and techniques
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Skills Required

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Hands-on experience in .Net Technologies is preferable

3. Technical Lead

Experience : 8+ Years

Responsibilities

  • Participate in technical discussions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.
  • Work with customer account teams to identify the opportunities in existing engagements.
  • Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

Skills

  • Overall IT experience of more than 8 years, with at least 3 years as Technical lead

  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

4. Tech Lead ML/AI

Job Responsibilities 

  • Ability to design solutions based on machine learning models to solve complex business requirements of our customers.
  • Lead designing, training, testing and deploying Machine Learning models for our global customer engagements.
  • Work closely with the architecture team for create Machine Learning roadmap and support Machine Learning R&D.
  • Improve accuracy and scalability of our customer ML models using advanced feature engineering and modelling methods
  • Mentor team to improve their ML model design and development capabilities.
  • Validate and analyze the performance of existing production models
  • Work with customer account teams to identify AI/ML opportunities in existing engagements.

Requirements

  • Overall IT experience of more than 8 years, with at least 3 years hands on experience in AI/ML
  • Extensive working experience in Python and Python libraries – Pandas, NumPy, Sci-kit Learn etc.
  • A deep understanding of common machine learning algorithms like Regression, LSTM, SVM, XgBoost, ARIMA, SARIMA etc.
  • Good understanding of Deep Learning algorithms and Natural Language Processing
  • Knowledge on AutoML tools like AutoGluon, H2O are an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge in Jupyter Notebook
  • Candidate should have experience in delivering, deploying ML model solutions for client projects.
  • Experience in ML cloud deployment – , AWS Sagemaker, Azure Machine Learning.
  • Knowledge on Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Comprehend, AWS Textract is an added advantage.

5. US - Sales head

Job Description 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales function in IT Services companies
  • Excellent understanding of the IT services industry and a good handle on the entire gamut of opportunities – from legacy through the latest in digital technologies
  • Experience and understanding of working with offshore IT partners
  • Experienced in leading the entire sales cycle – from the point of lead generation to closing deals
  • Strong ability to understand company’s service offerings, define target customer base and create a viable “Go to Market” plan
  • Conversant with functioning and intricacies of onsite/offshore model
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with various levels within a customer organization – especially CXOs and IT Heads
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and help create saleable solutions working with remote pre-sales and solution teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of commercial aspects i.e. commercial models, deal structuring and pricing
  • Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial inclination

Job Description

  • Experience designing products for mobile and desktop
  • Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company websites and products
  • Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed
  • Analyze customer responses and website data to examine high traffic web pages and determine why certain webpages perform better
  • Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company
  • Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork
  • Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences

Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue from existing customers by cross-selling/upselling.
  • Responsible for maximising customer satisfaction and client retention.
  • Building deep relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Stayed informed on Client business and industry trends to better understand and predict client needs.
  • Be a single point of contact for all services between the company and customers.
  • Customer communication/reporting and operational aspects.

Experience

  • Overall experience of 10+ years in IT services industry, with minimum 4 years in “Account management/Relationship Management” roles.

  • Good understanding of various engagement models and commercial models.
  • Previous experience in handling all operational activities (billing, invoicing, collections).
