1. Business Associate 

Job purpose

Proven experience as a product owner or a role similar to this, in an agile environment, attentive to detail and structure, strong coaching skills, and collaboration abilities towards multiple teams. Excellent communication and advisory skills in word and writing to be used in communication with customers worldwide.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Work as a member of the Scrum teams - fulfilling the Product owner role;
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs/interests and responsibility to represent these within the Scrum team;
  • Collaborating closely with the Scrum team on a daily basis, responsible for defining the “what” and explaining the “why”, allowing the team to define the “how”.
  • Prepare the requirement document, wireframes, and other documents based on the requirement.
  • Need to assist and suggest the various options to the end-user based on their requirements.
  • Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent and clear to all, showing what the Scrum team is working on next;
  • Ensuring that the Backlog items are refined to the level needed by the team enabling specifications;
  • Working closely with the Product management/business leads to create and maintain the Product Backlog aligned with the product vision and roadmap;
  • Play an active role in further defining the product vision and road-map;
  • Lead/coordinate the testing and software validation activities

Experience 

  • Having experience in the Insurance/Travel domain will be added advantage.

Education: Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50%

Skills: Excellent communication skills

2. Test Engineer 

Job purpose

The primary function of the role is to be responsible for the quality of software development and deployment. They are involved in performing automated or manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose. Some of the duties include analysis of software, and systems, mitigate risk, and prevent software issues.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Execute test cases (manual ) and analyze results
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Must have knowledge of database and integration testing.
  • Good experience with Postgres DB & tables testing.
  • Quick Learner and should be ready to learn new technology

3. Sales Consultant

Looking for energetic and self-motivated telesales professionals who will go out of their way to delight our existing or new customers.

Responsibility

  • Work involves outbound calls and servicing incoming queries on motor insurance products.
  • Strong consulting and negotiation skills are a must in order to be successful in selling covers to prospects or existing clients and provide compelling service from the first introductory phone call all the way to issuing the policy.
  • You will be preparing and presenting motor quotations, emailing and following up, confidently servicing and consulting each prospect.

Salary Range: 15K to 30K

  • Ascertaining and adhering to the available budget.

  • Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Track KPIs and prepare KPI reports & meet assigned targets.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
  • Passionate about travel and tourism & Excellent knowledge of the latest tourism trends
  • Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Good sales and presentation skills & Customer-oriented mindset
  • Critical thinker and problem solver & Team player
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates with rich personal experience in traveling will have an advantage
