1. e-Commerce User Experience Senior Officer
Requirements
- A degree in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Interaction Design, Human Factors or similar field is required.
- 3 - 6 years of UX experience
- Significant experience in the role of User Experience Lead, Interaction Design or Information Architect
- Must possess strong user experience background and a full understanding of UCD process, design principles & information architecture.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent value graduate diploma will be an advantage.
- A minimum total of 5 years working experience in the service industry with at least 3 years in a full time customer care / service providing role.

- Experience within the Aviation industry is an advantage.

Requirements
