Job Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Physical Attributes: Candidates should possess strength and fitness, be between 25 and 40 years old, and have a minimum height of 5'5". They must be medically fit with no pre-existing conditions and have good hearing and optical status. Additionally, a smart physical appearance with no visible tattoos or scars is required.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential. Knowledge of other languages will be advantageous. Candidates should have a good understanding of legal guidelines for security and public safety, as well as standard security concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Experience: A minimum of two years' proven experience in any security field is required. Preference will be given to candidates who hold a security license or have a background in the army or civil defense.
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have completed SSLC or its equivalent.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive the following salary package:
- Designation: Security Guard
- Basic Salary: AED 1,200/-
- Housing: Shared Company Accommodation
- Transport: Company Transport
- Security Allowance: AED 720/- (subject to physical attendance)
- Normal Overtime Allowance: AED 342/- (based on 52 hours of overtime per month)
- Gross Salary: AED 2,262/-
Job Accountabilities
The key responsibilities and performance measures for the role of Security Guard include:
1. Surveillance of the field / Patrol
- Conducting regular patrols and monitoring the premises
- Reporting security breaches and handling complaints
2. Documenting / Recording Information / Inspection / Cause Report
- Recording visitors' entry and exit
- Maintaining accurate reports and incident documentation
3. Communication and Teamwork
- Communicating rules and regulations to visitors
- Maintaining effective communication with supervisors and colleagues
4. Safety and Alarms
- Ensuring safety standards and responding to alarms
- Reporting fire hazards, security breaches, and other irregularities
5. Physical Appearance / Punctuality
- Maintaining a professional appearance and punctuality
