Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications
1. Company Secretary: ACS qualification required.
2. Senior Finance Officer (Unit Operations): A degree from a recognized university. CA/CMA/ICWAI passed or CA/CMA/ICWAI inter with sufficient experience.
3. Finance Officer: A degree from a recognized university. CA/CMA/ICWAI passed or CA/CMA/ICWAI inter with required experience.
4. Executive (Personnel): Degree from a recognized university. MBA/MSW/MA with specialization in Personnel Management/Industrial relations. Additional qualification of a degree in law is preferable.
5. Project Manager: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical. 20 years of post-qualification experience in Site Supervision, Construction work, Project Billing & Fund collection.
6. Manager (Marketing): B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering, MBA in Marketing. 12 years of experience in marketing engineering products, preferably Transformer/DG Sets.
7. Manager (Civil): B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering. 12 years of experience in Civil Engineering Projects.
