Centre for Management Development (CMD) Announces Job Openings for Various Positions at KSWDC
Thiruvananthapuram, 29th May 2023 - The Centre for Management Development (CMD) has released a notification inviting applications from qualified candidates for multiple positions on a contract basis. These positions will support the activities of the Kerala State Women's Development Corporation Limited (KSWDC), which aims to expand economic and social opportunities for women in the state. Positions Available and Eligibility Criteria
1. Project Coordinator: Candidates should have a First Class MSW or MBA from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with an additional LLB qualification. A minimum of two years of experience in coordinating projects is required. The monthly remuneration for this position is Rs. 25,000/-. The upper age limit is 38 years as of 31st May 2023.
2. Warden: Candidates should have completed their Plus Two or an equivalent qualification and possess proficiency in computer skills. A minimum of three years of experience as a Warden or Assistant Warden in hostels of government departments, educational institutions, NGOs, or autonomous institutions is required. The monthly remuneration for this position is Rs. 20,000/-. The age limit ranges from a minimum of 25 years to a maximum of 50 years.
3. Assistant Warden: Candidates should have passed SSLC or an equivalent qualification and possess proficiency in computer skills. A minimum of two years' experience as a Warden or Assistant Warden in hostels of government departments, educational institutions, NGOs, or autonomous institutions is required. The monthly remuneration for this position is Rs. 15,000/-. The age limit ranges from a minimum of 25 years to a maximum of 50 years.
