The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is constantly striving to enhance its services and improve the quality of life for its residents. In line with this agenda, the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police is set to launch a new initiative called the "one-day test to obtain a driver's license." This initiative aims to streamline the process of obtaining a driving license for national service recruits, aligning with the strategic goals of the Ministry of Interior and the national agenda of the UAE.
The Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, representing the Ras Al Khaimah Police, has completed all necessary preparations for the implementation of this initiative. The service will commence on Monday, July 17, and run until the end of the calendar year, with a possibility of extension.
With the activation of this service, national service recruits will be able to complete the entire process of obtaining a new driving license in just one day. Colonel Saqr bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Acting Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Ras Al Khaimah Police, highlighted the efficiency of this service.
