Facilities Supervisor
The Facilities Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day supervision and planning activities in accordance with the Service Level Agreement. Responsibilities include coordinating and assisting technicians, housekeeping staff, concierge, and lifeguards to ensure the smooth progress of maintenance work and adherence to Standard Operations Manuals. Safety and quality standards are of paramount importance, and the Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance, maintaining staff discipline, and responding to work-related incidents. Facilities Engineer
Emrill is also seeking a Facilities Engineer to oversee engineering and planning activities related to projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and quality standards. The Facilities Engineer will provide technical input, supervise and control housekeeping operations, and interface with various stakeholders including operations field staff, Environment Health & Safety, and local regulatory agencies. Candidates for both positions should possess the relevant qualifications and experience, including a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Building maintenance or property management experience is preferable, along with the ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
