The Role:
As a Level EY Subscriptions Support Associate, your primary responsibility will be to support the day-to-day activities of the support team and provide assistance to EY and external clients on the EY Subscriptions platform. You will collaborate with other groups to gain an understanding of key business processes, products, and services, ensuring a smooth and efficient support system.

Responsibilities:
- Email Support: Monitor the mailbox, analyze and respond to emails within defined SLAs. Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Call Support: Manage incoming calls, schedule meetings or calls when required, and provide assistance to clients or callers within the defined SLA.
- Chat Support: Monitor incoming chats, respond to queries within SLAs, and escalate issues to other teams if needed.
- Service Now: Create tickets for queries/issues, escalate as necessary, monitor and follow up on pending tickets, and collaborate with technical teams for resolutions.
- Other responsibilities: Collaborate with engineering groups, participate in UAT testing and enhancement planning discussions, contribute to knowledge management, and recommend process improvements.

Skills & Knowledge:
To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of technology, business processes, and customer support. Knowledge of ticket management, documentation in Service Now or other ticketing tools, and basic reporting skills are essential. Strong communication, teamwork, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills are also necessary. A basic understanding of modern technology solutions, including cloud services, is preferred.

Experience & Education:
The ideal candidate should have 1-2.5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with exposure to global-level client interaction. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills. Holding an ITIL Foundation Certificate would be advantageous.
