The Kerala Development and Innovation Strategy Council (K-DISC), an advisory body constituted by the Government of Kerala, is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Talent Curation Executive (TCE) at the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM). Job Description:
The Talent Curation Executives will be responsible for sourcing, curating, and developing talents in higher education institutions for various roles in knowledge industries. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen interest in training and development, proficiency in talent acquisition, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential talents. This role requires strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with placement coordinators and industries.
Position Details:
- Position: Talent Curation Executive
- Number of Vacancies: 30
- Locations: All districts
- Tenure: Minimum 11 months
- Responsibilities: Incharge of a cluster of institutions, coordination of institutional activities, guidance to students, organizing training programs, curating students for job roles, building a talent pipeline, and developing students' skills.
Qualification and Experience:
- Candidates should be self-motivated, multitaskers, and capable of working independently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly and empathetic character are essential.
- Qualification: MBA/MSW or Bachelor's Degree with three years of training experience.
- Maximum Age Limit as of July 1, 2023: 22-45 years
- Salary Range: Rs. 30,000 + Rs. 5,000 (TA)
