Details of the Business Development Executive Position
The Business Development Executive position requires candidates to possess a First-Class MBA from a reputed institute approved by AICTE. The applicant should have a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in Business Development. Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Malayalam are essential, and proficiency in Hindi would be an added advantage. The monthly consolidated salary for the position is Rs. 30,000/-, along with annual incentives based on exceeding annual targets.

Nature of Appointment and General Instructions
The appointment for the Business Development Executive position is on a contract basis for one year, with a possibility of extension up to three years based on performance.
