Responsibilities:
- Implement various skill projects and programs

Qualifications and Experience:
- B Tech/MBA/MSW with a minimum of five years of experience
OR
- Post-Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of five years of experience in skilling
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Ability to deliver results within specified timelines
- Comprehensive understanding of the skills and employment landscape
- Familiarity with program design and counseling
- Experience in preparing reports and project proposals
- Willingness to travel
