Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL), a Joint Venture of the Government of India and Government of Kerala, is recruiting an experienced IT professional for the position of Joint General Manager (IT).
Job Details and Eligibility Criteria
The vacancy is for the position of Joint General Manager (IT) (E6), with one opening available. The selected candidate will be offered a grade/pay scale of Rs. 90,000-2,40,000 (IDA). The recruitment is either on a contract basis for three years, extendable based on performance, or on deputation basis for three years, extendable for two years.

Minimum Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication Engineering from an AICTE recognized institution/university. Additionally, a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification IT-related experience is required for JGM, with at least 5 years of experience in IT Deputy Leadership/Leadership roles.
Indicative Job Description
The Joint General Manager (IT) will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, exploring AI and ML solutions, overseeing blockchain and robotic projects, managing IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and digital applications. They will also ensure cybersecurity, implement RPA, and manage IT projects, budget, and assets.
General Conditions
The maximum age limit for JGM is 48 years. Candidates employed in Govt./Quasi Govt./PSUs should provide a "No Objection Certificate" from their employer. Shortlisted candidates will be notified through the registered email ID. The last date for online application submission is 1st August 2023.
