Kudumbashree, a women empowerment mission in the state, is seeking qualified candidates for contract appointment as State Assistant Program Managers and District Program Managers in the field of gender and social development. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply before the deadline.
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the positions of State Assistant Program Manager or District Program Manager should possess a Master's degree in Social Work (M.S.W), Development Studies, Political Science, Gandhian Studies, or a graduate degree in any discipline with specialization in Rural Management (M.Com). The age limit for applicants should not exceed 40 years as of June 17, 2023. Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in women empowerment projects and government-recognized institutions.

Nature of Work and Recruitment Process
The selected candidates will be responsible for implementing women's empowerment activities within and outside the state as part of the Kudumbashree Mission. The recruitment process will be conducted by the Center for Management Development (CMD), involving screening of applications and shortlisting of eligible candidates based on qualifications and work experience. If required, CMD may also conduct a written test or aptitude test followed by an interview.
