Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the position of State Program Manager (Micro Finance) should possess an MBA, MSW, Post Graduation in Development, PGDM, PGDRM with specialization in Rural Management, or an M.Com degree from a recognized university. The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years as of May 31, 2023. It is mandatory to have at least 7 years of experience in the field of Micro Finance, with preference given to candidates with experience in Government PSUs.

Nature of Work and Recruitment Process
The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding the policy for Micro Finance activities in Kudumbashree Mission, providing project planning and coordination, and overseeing activities within and outside the state. The recruitment process will be conducted by the Center for Management Development (CMD), which will thoroughly screen applications and shortlist eligible candidates based on their qualifications and work experience. In case of a large number of applicants, CMD may conduct a written test, interview, or aptitude test followed by an interview.
