The Kerala Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation, commonly known as MILMA, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the position of Territory Sales in Charge on a contract basis. MILMA is engaged in the procurement, processing, and marketing of Milk & Milk Products. Position Details:
- Post Name: Territory Sales in charge
- Vacancies: As per the territorial divisions (e.g., Ernakulam)
- Qualification: MBA graduate or Graduate in Dairy Technology/Food Technology
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience preferably in FMCG
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as of 05.07.2023
- Salary: Rs.2.5 to 3 lakhs CTC+TA/DA+Incentives
- Other Requirements: Fluency in English & Malayalam, willingness to travel, active and focused approach, and possession of a two-wheeler.
Responsibilities of Territory Sales In-charge (TSI):
- Responsible for Sales & Distribution of a range of value-added products
- Achieving revenue targets for the assigned territory
- Leading and managing the distributor sales team
- Ensuring product supply in both rural and urban areas
- Managing GT (General Trade) and MT (Modern Trade) distribution
- Appointment of new distributors
- Timely and accurate MIS Reporting
Selection Methodology:
The applications will undergo scrutiny, and eligible candidates will be shortlisted for a test/proficiency assessment. Those who qualify the assessment will be called for an interview. The final selection will be based on the performance in the test/assessment and interview, along with fulfilling other eligibility criteria.
