The Sharjah Finance Department (SFD) has unveiled a new online portal for registration and shipping services in collaboration with "Tahseel" and MBME Group, the largest payment aggregation platform in the UAE. This innovative portal will provide customers with round-the-clock access to these essential services.
The inauguration ceremony took place at the SFD headquarters and was attended by Sheikh Rashid bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Director of the Sharjah Finance Department, along with officials and representatives from "Tahseel" and MBME. During the event, Sheikh Rashid officially launched the service, receiving warm wishes from the attendees.

Sheikh Rashid commended the advancements in technology and emphasized the importance of leveraging these advancements to enhance customer service and streamline transactions. He reiterated the department's commitment to implementing the highest standards and highlighted the launch of this service as part of their strategic plan to continuously improve services through innovation.
In addition, Sheikh Rashid revealed that the department is actively exploring further options to provide additional services that will facilitate customers' work in the near future. He expressed confidence in the successful partnership with "Tahseel" and MBME, underscoring their commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
Huda Al Yasi, Director of the Financial System Department at SFD, emphasized the significance of this new initiative. Customers can now conveniently complete their transactions at over 1,000 devices located in major shopping centers and essential public facilities. This extensive availability ensures uninterrupted access to the services, eliminating the need for customers to visit the SFD's headquarters.
Al Yasi also announced that dedicated chargers have been placed in numerous government institutions and public centers, guaranteeing accessibility for everyone. She further revealed that the service will be available throughout the entire emirate starting from July 5th.
Abdelhadi Mustafa Mohamed, Managing Director of MBME Group, expressed delight in their strategic partnership with the SFD's Tahseel.
