ERNET India, an autonomous society under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, has announced vacancies for the position of Technical Assistant. The organization is inviting applications from eligible candidates to fill the post on a contract basis.

The Technical Assistant position holds the responsibility of LAN, WAN, and Network Management, Office Automation including desktop-related hardware/software support, e-office, and e-forms management. Candidates should possess a Diploma/Graduation in Computer Application with a minimum of 03 years of experience in the relevant field, or a B.Tech/BE/MCA/MSc or equivalent with a minimum of 01 year post qualification experience in the relevant field.
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly remuneration ranging from Rs. 35,000/- to 45,000/- and will be initially appointed for a period of up to one year, further extendable based on project requirements and performance.

The appointment will be purely on a contract basis with a fixed duration. Candidates currently employed in Government/Semi Government/Public Sector undertakings/Autonomous Bodies need to submit a "No Objection Certificate" from their present employer during the interview/test/joining process.
ERNET India reserves the right to relax eligibility criteria if a candidate is otherwise found suitable. Reservation and relaxation for various categories will be applicable as per Government of India norms.
