The Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, is inviting applications for the appointment of two (02) Young Professionals in the Domestic Transport Division on a purely contractual basis. The selected candidates will be engaged for an initial period of one year, which can be extended based on performance and requirement.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent from a recognized University. Candidates with additional qualifications like a Master's Degree and a background in Science/Technology/Engineering will be preferred.
- Additional Abilities: Strong academic performance, good comprehension, excellent report drafting skills in Word and PowerPoint, proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with Government of India's Rules and Regulations, and the ability to handle work stress.
- Age Limit: 26 to 37 years as of 10th August 2023.
- Work Experience: One year of experience from any Public/Private Institution. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Government Offices.
- Emoluments/Fee: The consolidated fee for the Young Professionals will be Rs. 50,000/- per month.
Recruitment Procedure:
The selection process will involve a 100-mark interview assessing candidates' knowledge of tasks related to various organizations under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, as well as their analytical ability.
Responsibilities:
The Young Professionals will undertake various tasks including co-ordination and attending meetings, preparing agendas and minutes of meetings, liaising with Public Sector Undertakings and attached offices, data analysis of the Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS-UDAN), and preparing background notes and letters for communication with other Government Departments and private entities.
