Position Details:
1. Project Co-ordinator (Land Scape Level): With 1 vacancy available, candidates should possess a Master's Degree or equivalent in the field of Social Sciences / Social Work / Business Administration and Management / Nature Resource Management or related fields. A minimum of 7 years of project management experience is required, including familiarity with government priorities in nature resource management, biodiversity conservation, agriculture, or sustainable land management. Proficiency in English and Malayalam is essential. The maximum age limit is 50 years, and the consolidated monthly remuneration is Rs. 75,000/-.
2. Project Associate (State Level): This role demands a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Social Sciences / Social Work / Business Administration / Management, with at least 5 years of experience in Development, particularly associated with Government and Panchayath Raj institutions. A background in biodiversity-related projects is preferable. Good written and communication skills in Malayalam and English are required. The maximum age limit is 45 years, and the consolidated monthly remuneration is Rs. 50,000/-.
3. Project Associate (Landscape): Candidates for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences / Social Work / Business Administration / Management. Over 5 years of experience working with Local Self Government Institutions in promoting development projects is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary, and familiarity with Kerala's Western Ghats region is desirable. The maximum age limit is 45 years, and the consolidated monthly remuneration is Rs. 50,000/-.
