The vacancies are distributed as follows: Eight positions for Engineers, four for GIS Specialists, and eight for Technical Assistants. The salary ranges for the positions are as follows: Engineer: Rs.18,750 - Rs.27,500 per month, GIS Specialist: Rs.9,750 - Rs.27,500 per month, and Technical Assistant: Rs.18,500 - Rs.21,000 per month. The maximum age limit for all the positions is set at 36 years.
Eligibility: Candidates interested in applying for the Engineer position should possess a BE/ B.Tech in CS/IT/EC, an MSc. in CS/IT/EC, or an MCA with 60% marks. Those vying for the GIS Specialist role should hold a Degree in Environmental Science/Geology/Geophysics/Computer Science/Geography/Geoscience or a similar GIS-related field with 60% marks. For the Technical Assistant position, a three-year full-time Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Computer Hardware Maintenance/Information Technology with 60% marks is required.
The selection process for these positions involves Document Verification, Written Test, and a Personal Interview. General candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs.300, while SC/ST candidates are exempt from the fee.
