Qualification and Experience - KSIDC Recruitment 2023
- First-class degree in Engineering in any discipline plus First-class MBA from a reputed institution. (The requirement of first class at the graduation level is relaxed for ST candidates)
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in Project Appraisal, Investment Promotion, Business Development, Civil Construction, and related Engineering fields.
Scale of Pay - KSIDC Recruitment 2023
The scale of pay (pre-revised) is Rs. 45800-1100-48000-1200-54000-1350-59400-1500-65400-1650-72000-1800-81000-2000-89000, plus DA, HRA, CPF/NPS, leave surrender, medical reimbursement, conveyance allowance, etc., as per the rules of the Corporation.
Age - KSIDC Recruitment 2023
- Age should not exceed 28 years as of 15th September 2023 (last date of receiving applications).
- For persons holding additional Post Graduate Degree or higher experience, the age limit can be relaxed up to two years (i.e. up to 30 years).
- In the case of ST candidates, there will be further relaxation of 3 years (Up to 33 years).

Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply via ONLINE mode only by filling the prescribed application form available on the website of the Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram. The online application submission link will be open from 16th August 2023 (10:00 am), and the last date for submitting the online application is 15th September 2023 (5:00 pm). No application shall be entertained in KSIDC if it is submitted either online or offline.
Selection Methodology - KSIDC Recruitment 2023
- Applications will be scrutinised based on the details provided by the candidate, and eligible candidates for further selection will be prepared.
- The various stages of the selection process (Test, Group Discussion, Interview as the case may be) will be decided based on the number of eligible applications received.
- The appointment will be based on the combined score for the selection process, subject to fulfilling other eligibility criteria, as per the norms of KSIDC/CMD.
