Thiruvananthapuram, August 11, 2023 - The Smart City Thiruvananthapuram Limited (SCTL), established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the implementation of the Smart City Mission in Thiruvananthapuram, has issued a notification inviting applications for various positions in its Project Implementation Unit on a contract basis. The available positions, along with their qualifications and other details, are as follows:
1. Project Assistant (GIS): The candidate should possess an MSc 1st Class degree in Geoscience/Geology from a recognized university or equivalent. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year of experience in GIS (ArcGIS Software) and workstation handling is required. The upper age limit for applicants is 30 years. A consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 21,175/- will be provided.
2. Technical Assistant: The position requires candidates to be retired Government Officials from PWD/Irrigation/LSGD/other related venture departments, who have held the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) or above. The upper age limit for candidates applying for this role is 60 years. The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 40,000/-.
3. Divisional Accountant: For this role, retired Government Officials from PWD/Irrigation/LSGD/other related venture departments, who have held the post of Divisional Accountant/ Financial Assistant or above/Junior Superintendent or above, are eligible to apply. The upper age limit for applicants is 60 years. A consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 40,000/- will be provided.
